*Skulls are processed in the order received. Customer is contacted once finished, payment is due upon pickup. All items need to be picked up within 30 days.

Hide Removal Charge

There is a $20 charge for removal of hide, eyes and lower jaw.

**ROTTEN HEADS NOT ACCEPTED**

Please keep item in a cooler with ice or a freezer until you decide to drop it off. Any head that is Rotten or with Maggots will NOT be accepted. (Maggots are a major risk to the beetle colony)

Shipping

We would like to inform you of the precautions to use when shipping your trophy head to us. The quality of the finished skull starts with your preparation and shipping.

First, if you are able to skin the hide from the skull it will reduce your shipping costs significantly as the hide is very heavy; if you are not able to or choose not to skin the hide that is acceptable too.

Next, freeze prior to shipping if possible, if not either keep the head cold, or get it shipped as soon as possible. If the meat and tissue is rancid, please do not ship to us as we will not accept the item.

When packaging the head, please wrap tightly in plastic wrap or plastic bags. Pack in a heavy duty box or plastic bin surrounded by newspaper. Proper packing is important so the shipping company doesn't discard your box because of leaking fluids.

Protect the main beams or antler/horn points with bubble wrap or cardboard to prevent damage to deer or container.

Please include your name, address and phone number along with any special instructions. We will contact you once received and then when finished with your final shipping costs to send it back.

Finally, please ship to us by next day or second day service.
